Cipher

So I'm actually gonna try to make some 4x6 art prints and sell them on my storenvy (BottleFull) and this was the first one I did! Tbh I love Bill more than I should and he is a very simple character so... that is how this monster happened.
I'm working on an MLP one with Twilight now, so if anybody has any suggestions of what I should draw on little prints let me know!
